1. Mash 2 large overripe bananas in a mixing bowl.
2. Add 1 cup of oats, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/2 cup almonds, 1/4 cup of oat milk, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 1/2 cup chocolate chips, 4 tablespoons agave nectar, and 1 tablespoon cane syrup.
3. Mix well and refrigerate for 2 hours -- We like to refrigerate overnight. Marination Nation!
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. Cover baking pan with parchment paper or foil and evenly apply coconut oil or spray.
6. Use tablespoon to place cookies into circles a fair distance apart on baking pan. This recipe makes 6, however, can be more or less depending on sizing :)
7. Place cookies into oven for 25 minutes, flipping them at the halfway mark (about 12 minutes)
8. Remove from oven and let cool on baking pan for about 5 minutes.
9. Best served with chilled milk substitute, coffee, or tea :)
